1. Cook popcorn according to directions in Kambrook Popcorn Maker and line a baking tray with canola oil spray and baking paper.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the glucose and caster sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Allow to simmer for 1 minute and then add the peanut butter and stir to combine.
  3. In a bowl, combine the popcorn, sugar mixture and peanuts and stir to combine. Roll the mixture into balls and place onto the prepared tray and into the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
