Peri Peri Chicken Wrap

INGREDIENTS
- 400g chicken breast, poached, shredded
- 2 tbsp mild peri peri sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 white wraps
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100g baby spinach leaves
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the sandwich press until the heating light turns off.
- In a bowl, place the chicken, peri peri sauce and mayonnaise and stir to combine.
- Fill the wraps with even amounts of peri peri chicken, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach and red onion. Fold over and roll to form a tight wrap.
- Place into the sandwich press and close the lid for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
