  1. Preheat the sandwich press until the heating light turns off.
  2. In a bowl, place the chicken, peri peri sauce and mayonnaise and stir to combine.
  3. Fill the wraps with even amounts of peri peri chicken, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach and red onion. Fold over and roll to form a tight wrap.
  4. Place into the sandwich press and close the lid for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
