1. Place the milk, water and oats into the pressure cooking bowl and stir until combined.
  2. Securely place and seal the lid onto the pressure cooker and ensure the pressure release valve is set to the sealed position. Select the ‘WHITE RICE’ (10-12 minutes) button and then the ‘START/CANCEL’ button and allow to cook until the pressure cooker has switched off. (If using the Kambrook manual pressure cooker, select setting 2).
  3. Release the pressure from the pressure cooker by turning the pressure release valve to the venting position and allow to stand uncovered for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with flaked almonds and a drizzle of honey.
