Pumpkin and Proscuitto Pizza

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200g pumpkin, halved, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 basil leaves, shredded
- 100g prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 1 small brown onion, thinly sliced
- 50g baby spinach leaves
- 200g parmesan cheese, grated
DOUGH
- 185mls warm water
- 30ml olive oil
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 300g bread flour
- 1 tsp yeast
DIRECTIONS
- To make the dough, place the water, olive oil, sugar, salt, flour and yeast into the bread maker tin and select the ‘DOUGH’ setting and allow to knead.
- Remove the dough from the bread maker and knead on a lightly floured surface.
