Pumpkin, Rosemary and Parmesan Pull Apart Bread

INGREDIENTS
- 380ml warm water
- 1 ½ tsp dried yeast
- 15ml vegetable oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 650g bakers flour
- 1 tsp bread improver
- 200g pumpkin, 1cm cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200g parmesan cheese, 1cm cubes
- 1 sprig rosemary
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into the bread maker tin in the order listed and place and lock the bread maker tin into position inside the bread maker.
- Close the lid and select the ‘DOUGH’ setting using the ‘MENU’ button. Select the ‘START/CANCEL’ button and allow to knead.
- Preheat a fan forced oven to 180C and line a baking tray with canola oil spray and baking paper.
- Remove the bread maker tin from the bread maker and flip the dough out onto a lightly floured bench and gently knead for 1 minute.
- Split the dough ball into 3 or 4 dough balls and roll each out to a 40cm long sausage shape. Braid the pieces of dough, by pinching them all together at the end and crossing them over until they form an even plait.
- Place the dough braid onto the prepared tray and continue to push the pumpkin and parmesan cheese into the gaps in the braid until they are all used.
- Place into the oven for 30 minutes and then allow to stand until cooled.
