Directions

  1. Line a 20cm x 15cm dish with canola oil spray and then baking paper.
  2. Using a microwave, place the chocolate into a microwave safe glass bowl and microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds at a time. Stirring between each interval until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Place the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and stir to combine. Pour into the prepared dish and press down evenly. Place into the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
  4. Cut and serve, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
