INGREDIENTS
- 50gm raisins soaked in 30ml rum (1hr+ in fridge)
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 scoop coffee ice cream
- 2 teaspoons drinking chocolate powder
- ½ cup coconut milk
DIRECTIONS
- Place the raisins with rum, coconut water, ice creams, chocolate and milk into the large personal blending jug; securely seal the blade assembly inside the blending jug.
- Lock the blending jug onto the motor base by aligning the arrows and press the ‘PULSE’ button for 15 seconds or until smooth.
- Remove the blade base and secure the drinking lid on top of the cup.
