  1. Heat the butter and oil on a medium setting in the frypan and sauté the onion and garlic for 4 minutes.
  2. Add the white wine and cook off for 1 minute. Stir though the tomato passata, peas, lemon rind, marinara mix, prawns and mussels and simmer for a further 4 minutes.
  3. Stir through the parsley and basil and serve with spaghetti.
