DIRECTIONS

  1. Place a trivet into a slow cooker.
  2. Place the duck breast down into the trivet and place the lid on top.
  3. Turn the dial to HIGH and leave for 4 hours
  4. Pre-heat oven to 200 C.
  5. Place the slow cooked duck into the oven for 25-30 minutes for a crispy skin.
  6. Serve with braised cabbage.
