INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup pink lady apple juice
- 2 small stalks of celery chopped
- 1/2 small cucumber
- 1 handful mix of kale and baby spinach leaves
- 1 shaving of fresh ginger
DIRECTIONS
- Place the juice, celery, cucumber, kale, spinach, and ginger into the large personal blending jug; securely seal the blade assembly inside the blending jug.
- Lock the blending jug onto the motor base by aligning the arrows and press the ‘PULSE’ button for 15 seconds or until smooth.
- Remove the blade base and secure the drinking lid on top of the cup.
Optional: add 3 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt and 12 grapes to the above recipe for a creamier and sweeter drink.
