DIRECTIONS

  1. Fill the water reservoir to MAX level on the food steamer, insert the liquid collection container then place a steamer basket on top.
  2. Layer folded snapper fillets into the steamer basket and cover with lid.
  3. Turn timer dial to 20 minutes. After 13 minutes of cooking remove lid and place a layer support ring onto the first steamer basket, insert a second steamer basket, layer beans into the basket, cover with lid and continue cooking for remaining 7 minutes.
  4. Remove beans and distribute onto 4 separate plates, and then top with snapper.
  5. In a bowl, combine the butter, tarragon, lemon juice and salt and spoon a dollop onto each piece of snapper. Allow to melt and serve immediately.
