1. Preheat the snack maker until the green ‘READY’ light turns on.
  2. Use handles to lift cover, egg ring and cooking plate.
  3. Place bottom half of English muffin, split-side up onto bottom plate. Top with cheese and ham
  4. Move egg cooking plate and ring down. Sauté the diced tomato, mushroom and capsicum.
  5. Add the egg and allow to cook for a few minutes.
  6. Top with other half of English muffin, split-side down.
  7. Close cover. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  8. Slide out centre cooking plate by rotating handle clockwise. Lift cover and rings; carefully remove muffin with scraper or tongs.
