  1. Place the chicken, oil, chilli sauce, soy, curry paste, coconut and water into the pressure cooker bowl and secure the lid. Select the casserole/curry setting or 33 minutes and allow to cook.
  2. Stir through the honey and raw cashews and set to the sauté setting. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve with coriander, chopped cashews and rice.
