With the stick blending attachment attached, place the strawberries, lime, apple juice and vodka into a glass jug and hold the ‘PULSE’ speed setting for 3 second increments at one time for approximately 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
Serve in a cocktail glass with a strawberry on the side of the glass.
