  1. Pour the water, olive oil and vanilla into the bread maker baking tin.
  2. Add the salt, flour, strawberry jam, bread improver, milk powder and yeast, in that order.
  3. Place the bread baking tin into the bread maker and select the ‘SWEET’ bread setting. Select a 900g loaf and a medium crust setting. Press the start button. The bread will knead and rise for approximately 2½ hours before baking for a further 60 minutes.
  4. When the bread maker finishes and 3 beeps are heard, gently turn the loaf of bread out onto a cake cooling rack and allow to cool for 20 minutes before slicing.
