DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the air frying oven to 200°C and turn the timer dial to 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, place the lamb, sumac and olive oil and toss to combine.
  3. Once the ‘HEATING’ light goes off, turn the timer dial to 18 minutes.
  4. Place the lamb loin strips into the Air Chef basket and allow to cook, turning them after 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with a salad.
