INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 500g beef stir-fry strips
- 350g broccoli, cut into floret
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ cup Teriyaki sauce
- 600g udon noodles
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 3 green onions cut into 2cm lengths
DIRECTIONS
- Heat WOK on setting 10 for 3 minutes; add oil and beef and cook for 1-2 minutes or until browned but not cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add broccoli and garlic to wok and cook for 1 minute. Stir in Teriyaki sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
- Mix cornflour with 2 teaspoons of cold water and add to wok along with beef and noodles and green onions.
- Cook until heated through; serve immediately

Substitute beef with chicken stir-fry strips
Substitute udon noodles with soba or hokkein noodles
