DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat WOK on setting 10 for 3 minutes; add oil and beef and cook for 1-2 minutes or until browned but not cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add broccoli and garlic to wok and cook for 1 minute. Stir in Teriyaki sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
  3. Mix cornflour with 2 teaspoons of cold water and add to wok along with beef and noodles and green onions.
  4. Cook until heated through; serve immediately

Substitute beef with chicken stir-fry strips

Substitute udon noodles with soba or hokkein noodles
