Cook popcorn according to directions in Kambrook Popcorn Maker and line a baking tray with canola oil spray and baking paper.
In a small pot, place the butter and honey and allow to simmer until bubbling and golden, approximately 2 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss together the popcorn, coconut, macadamia nuts, butter and honey with a wooden spoon and pour out onto the tray to set. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
