1. Using the rings, cut circles in the sliced bread.
  2. Preheat the sandwich maker until the green ‘READY’ light illuminates.
  3. Use handles to lift cover, egg ring and cooking plate.
  4. Spread the mashed avocado on one of the bread circles and place onto bottom plate. Top with turkey, tomato, and cheese.
  5. Lower the egg cooking plate and egg ring down. Crack the egg onto
  6. cooking plate. Pierce yolk with a toothpick or plastic spatula.
  7. Top with the other bread circle.
  8. Close cover. Cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Rotate the egg cooking plate to the side. Lift cover and rings; carefully remove toastie with scraper or tongs.
