INGREDIENTS
- 12 thin slices sour dough bread
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 200g turkey breast, thinly sliced
- 4 shortcut bacon slices, cooked
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 4 iceberg lettuce leaves
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the sandwich press until the heating light turns off.
- Using a pastry brush, lightly brush the outer sourdough bread slices with olive oil and keeping the oiled sides on the outside, fill with even amounts of cranberry sauce, turkey, 3rd slice of sour dough, bacon, tomato and lettuce.
- Place into the sandwich press and close the lid for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
