Directions

  1. In a saucepan, add 1 cup of water and the brown sugar. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool and pour into a 2 litre jug.
  2. Slice the limes into 8 wedges, squeeze them in half over the jug and then place them into the jug. Gently crush the mint leaves into a chopping board and then add to the jug.
  3. Top with the soda water and serve immediately
