  1. Preheat waffle maker until the green ready light illuminates.
  2. Whisk the egg white with the sugar until thick and creamy In a bowl, mix the flour, egg yolk, milk, water and butter until combined. Fold through the egg white.
  3. Pour 1 tablespoon of mixture onto each waffle plate.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove with silicone tongs.
