Beef and Bean Mexican Pizza

INGREDIENTS
- 1 quantity pizza base
- 2 cups chili con carne mixture (see recipe)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 200g pizza cheese, grated
- 7 cherry tomatoes, halved, to serve
- ½ avocado, sliced, to serve
- ½ tsp dried chili flakes, to serve
DIRECTIONS
- Using the Rotating Stone Pizza Oven, set the pizza maker heat setting dial to HIGH and set the timer to 30 minutes and allow to preheat for 10 minutes.
- Spread the chili con carne mixture evenly onto the pizza base and top with sour cream and pizza cheese.
- Place onto the pizza maker stone and close the lid. Set the timer to 20 minutes and allow to cook.
- Remove the pizza using the pizza paddles and serve with a tomatoes, avocado and chili flakes
