Just made them today, yum! I added 1 tablespoon of cornmeal to the mix. I couldn't stop at one, so next time might add some cayenne to easier control my eating portions. I enjoyed them with home made tomato chutney and pickled red cabbage for a hot day lunch. I made them to freeze and use for snacks on the go. Thanks for the recipe!
