Semi Dried Tomato Pesto

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup semi dried tomatoes
- 10g pine nuts
- ¼ bunch basil
- 100ml olive oil
- 10g parmesan cheese
- Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Place the semi dried tomatoes, pine nuts, basil, olive oil and parmesan cheese into the large personal blending jug; securely seal the blade assembly inside the blending jug.
- Lock the blending jug onto the motor base by aligning the arrows and press the ‘PULSE’ button for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Remove the blade base and pour the pesto over cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
