- 1 x duck
DIRECTIONS
- Place a trivet into a slow cooker.
- Place the duck breast down into the trivet and place the lid on top.
- Turn the dial to HIGH and leave for 4 hours
- Pre-heat oven to 200 C.
- Place the slow cooked duck into the oven for 25-30 minutes for a crispy skin.
- Serve with braised cabbage.
