INGREDIENTS
- 150ml red wine
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1cm fresh ginger – peeled
- 3 tsp sugar syrup
- 1 cinnamon quill
- 2 cloves
- ¼ tsp vanilla paste
- 2 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
SUGAR SYRUP
- Place 60ml water and 60g sugar in a pan at medium temperature until the sugar is dissolved, then allow to cool.
MULLED WINE
- Place the red wine, orange juice, lemon juice, ginger, sugar syrup, cinnamon quill, cloves, vanilla paste and ice into the Blitz2Go Stainless Steel shaker. Screw on the wave blade, twist and lock into the Blitz2Goo motor base and blitz for 30 seconds.
- Pour into chilled glass and enjoy.
