Chilli, Basil and Broccoli Beef

Ingredients
- 500g beef fillet – cut into thin strips
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 2cm piece ginger, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red capsicum, sliced into thin strips
- 4 shallots – sliced
- 1 large red chilli, de-seeded, finely chopped
- 100g broccoli
- 15 basil leaves
Directions
- Place the beef strips, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic into a bowl and stir to combine.
- Turn the heat to 5 (maximum) for 3 minutes and then add the oil and beef and sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add the capsicum, shallots, chilli, broccoli and basil leaves and sauté for 1 minute stirring constantly. Turn the dial to 3 and place the lid on top and allow to cook for a further 1 minute.
- Remove from the frypan using a silicon spoon.
