Place the beef strips, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic into a bowl and stir to combine.
Turn the heat to 5 (maximum) for 3 minutes and then add the oil and beef and sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the capsicum, shallots, chilli, broccoli and basil leaves and sauté for 1 minute stirring constantly. Turn the dial to 3 and place the lid on top and allow to cook for a further 1 minute.
