1. Place the cream, condensed milk and mango into the large personal blending jug; securely seal the blade assembly inside the blending jug.
  2. Lock the blending jug onto the motor base by aligning the arrows and press the ‘PULSE’ button for 15 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Remove the blade base and pour into a freezer proof container. Seal with an air tight lid or cover firmly with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 12 hours.
  4. Scoop and serve.
