      12 rolls

    Ingredients

    • 380ml warm water
    • 40ml vegetable oil
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 2 tbsp caster sugar
    • 650g bakers flour
    • 2 tbsp milk powder
    • 1 tsp bread improver
    • 1 ½ tsp yeast

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Place all ingredients into the bread maker tin in the order listed and place and lock the bread maker tin into position inside the bread maker.
    2. Close the lid and select the ‘DOUGH’ setting using the ‘MENU’ button. Select the ‘START/CANCEL’ button and allow to knead and rise.
    3. Carefully remove the bread maker tin using an oven mitt or tea towel and then turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead.
    4. Preheat a fan forced oven to 180C and line a baking tray with canola oil spray and baking paper.
    5. Cut the dough ball into 12 even sized pieces and then roll each one into an evenly shaped circle. Place each onto the oven tray, at least 5cm apart and allow to rise for 15 minutes.
    6. Place into the oven and allow to bake for 20 minutes or until just starting to brown.
