When it comes to ice creams, the flavours are as diverse as everyone's tastes. Chocolate and Vanilla probably rank pretty high on the popularity lists, along with cookies cream, mint, and strawberry. Recently we asked our followers on facebook to tell us what the strangers ice cream flavour they'd ever tasted, and below are some of them:

Here at Kambrook we have a favourite flavour we all love. It's simple, but delicious. Our favourite flavour is Mango Ice Cream. Here's our recipe:

Mango ice cream

INGREDIENTS

• 150ml pure cream
• 200ml condensed milk
• 200ml mango flesh

DIRECTIONS

1. Place the cream, condensed milk and mango into the large personal blending jug; securely seal the blade assembly inside the blending jug.
2. Lock the blending jug onto the motor base by aligning the arrows and press the ‘PULSE’ button for 15 seconds or until smooth.
3. Remove the blade base and pour into a freezer proof container. Seal with an air tight lid or cover firmly with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 12 hours.
4. Scoop and serve.
