Banana Bread Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup self raising flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch nutmeg
- Pinch all spice
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¾ brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- ½ tsp vanilla paste
- 2 small bananas, roughly mashed
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
CINNAMON SUGAR
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Butter to serve
DIRECTIONS

- Mix together the cinnamon and caster sugar together into a small container with the lid on and shake until combined.
Banana bread pancake
- Place flour, baking powder, spices, and sugar in a large bowl and mix to combine. Add egg, oil, vanilla, bananas, walnuts and mix to combine.
- Pre-heat the Kambrook Golden Perfection pancake maker until the green READY light is illuminated. Place ¼ cup of banana batter mixture into each pancake well and close and lock the lid. Cook for 2 ½ minutes. Remove the pancake using a silicon spatula.
- Continue with the remainder of the pancake batter.
- Serve with cinnamon sugar and butter.
