Banana Bread Pancakes

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup self raising flour
    • ½ tsp baking powder
    • Pinch nutmeg
    • Pinch all spice
    • ¼ tsp cinnamon
    • ¾ brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
    • ½ tsp vanilla paste
    • 2 small bananas, roughly mashed
    • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

    CINNAMON SUGAR

    • 1 tbsp caster sugar
    • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
    • Butter to serve


    DIRECTIONS

    1. Mix together the cinnamon and caster sugar together into a small container with the lid on and shake until combined.

    Banana bread pancake

    1. Place flour, baking powder, spices, and sugar in a large bowl and mix to combine. Add egg, oil, vanilla, bananas, walnuts and mix to combine.
    2. Pre-heat the Kambrook Golden Perfection pancake maker until the green READY light is illuminated. Place ¼ cup of banana batter mixture into each pancake well and close and lock the lid. Cook for 2 ½ minutes. Remove the pancake using a silicon spatula.
    3. Continue with the remainder of the pancake batter.
    4. Serve with cinnamon sugar and butter.
